Returns & refunds

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Let us know by email, then send the item back within a further 14 days, unused and in its original packaging.

If a set arrives damaged, faulty or with pieces missing, email giggleplay365@gmail.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
