Your name, delivery address, email and phone number when you place an order. Payments are handled securely by our checkout provider, Shopify — we never see or store your full card details.

To process and deliver your order, reply to your messages and handle returns. We'll only send marketing emails if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Only the services needed to run the shop: Shopify (orders and payments) and our delivery couriers.

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, usually six years.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email giggleplay365@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
